1. Choose “1 signer” or “2 signers”

2. You will be securely transferred to our document upload platform.

3. Upload your documents. You can upload electronic documents such as PDFs or you will be given the option to capture an image of physical documents.

4. Answer the ID verification questions to confirm your identity. ** Please be certain to have your government issued unexpired ID and witnesses (if witnesses are needed for your document) ready for all notary sessions. DO NOT SIGN your documents before meeting with our Notary. 

5. Take a picture of your ID. Your ID will be electronically validated using secure online software.

6. Once your ID is verified you will see a button informing you when the notary is ready or when your appointment time arrives, you will connect with your notary.

7. Connect with a commissioned electronic notary public over live video to sign your document. the RORX Notary agent will confirm your identity, witness your signature and assist you throughout the process. 

8. Your notarized document will open in a new tab after the completion of the session. You can download your notarized document directly from the Notarize  "My Documents" tab.

How many people can I have in a session?  Three participants per session.

• $25 - Per session  for the first notary seal.   $10 - Per additional seal needed in a session.

• $10-  Additional signer per session in the same location .

• $25 - Per any additional session involving the same electronic document, with signers at different locations.  

• $10 - Notary sourced witness (witnesses provided by RORX Notary).  No charge for witnesses brought to the session by the customer.

• I-9 forms are not notarized and do not fall under the Florida Notary fee statute. 

• Loan Signing Documents or Real Estate Closing Documents $375.  If you are a title agency, a closing attorney, a real estate, or mortgage professional call for a quote catered to your specifics needs.  We offer trained notaries / NNA certified.

What payment methods can I use?  You can use a credit or debit card issued by most banks in the U.S.

How do I pay for my notarization?  Before beginning the online notarization session, you must enter your card details. RORX Notary/Notarize pre-authorizes your credit or debit card. Your payment goes through once the notarization is successfully completed and the notarized documents become available in your profile.  If you pre-schedule a notary session, payment is processed at the time of scheduling.  Pre-scheduled sessions are non-refundable.  Please, make sure that you are prepared for your session, available and ready at the scheduled time.

Can I cancel the session?  Yes. You can cancel or abort the session at anytime prior to the completion of the notarization.

Will I be charged for not completing the session?  No, as long as the session is not pre-scheduled.  Your payment is fully processed only after the notarization is successfully completed.
