With over two decades of experience in investigating and property insurance claims, Shondell Simpkins leads RORX with a sharp eye for detail, unmatched industry knowledge, and a true passion for helping people.

A former Army veteran, Shondell began his career in insurance claims in 2011 after years of working in the Hampton Sheriff’s Office, and later Miami Dade county. He quickly became known for his ability to turn complex losses into successful recoveries. With a background in inspections, public adjusting, estimating, and dispute resolution, he brings a well-rounded perspective to every claim—one that’s grounded in real-world building practices, strong ethics, and policy expertise.

Having worked with carriers, contractors, and consultants, Shondell knows how the industry works on all sides—and he uses that insight to fiercely advocate for his clients.
